If you’ve never heard of The Great Loop here is your chance to learn all about it! It is the connected water ways circling the Eastern United States. We are starting at the end of the Niagara River, heading into Lake Erie, taking the Welland Canal into Lake Ontario. East across the Lake to The Trent Severn Waterway through Canada to Lake Huron. Over to Lake Superior for a bit. Down into Lake Michigan to Chicago where we’ll pick up the Mississippi River, over to the Tenn Tom river system to Nashville. Then we cross the Gulf over to Florida. Along the Florida cost we will take a trip over to the Bahamas and back to Florida. From there we just follow the East Coast up to NYC, where we will pick up the Erie Canal and then follow our nose back home to the Niagara River!
